      Accepts people looking to get into the IT industry and related fields Cares about the atmosphere in the work place Room to grow for ambitious individuals Financially rewarding individuals for performance and not title

      Cons

      Very little trust in employees Nest cams everywhere Wifi and work computers are all bugged Will listen in via your work laptop after work hours while you are remote Very inexperienced management team The most manipulative management team I have ever interacted with Will fire people for not "fitting in" or no longer "fitting in", even if they have been with the company for years prior Barely existent benefits No raise for promotions or position changes No annual raises

      Pros

      - Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. - Thorough training program that will help you in any sales field. - Management actually cares about you! - To add to my last point, all management will help you through your tenure here. Your direct manager works closely with you through your training, along with an upbeat trainer in New York. Several other friendly managers will meet with you via webcam to welcome you and further your understanding of their products and the “secret sauce sales process”. - Flexible - Organized & methodical in arranged company-wide meetings. - Company lunches on Fridays.

      Cons

      - Leaving multiple voicemails before reaching a prospect. - Strictly phone sales. These may be pros for you!
