Pros
From the beginning, N&ST has focused on helping customers solve hard problems. The key goal is delighting the client, because everything else is easy after that. We will say "no" rather than take on work that we can't do well; but once we do say "yes", we act as a championship team to get it done. There isn't a person in the company who I feel doesn't have my back. Even though I helped found this company in 2003, I am inspired and challenged by every single N&ST consultant -- from the newest to the most experienced. If you're just getting started, you couldn't ask for a better opportunity to learn from the best in the field who have decades of experience. If you've been around a while, then you'll appreciate the freedom to create new solutions for using the latest technology to secure complex, real-world environments. The energy in this place is incredible. The management is top shelf. The culture of giving, both to each other and the community, is unsurpassed. This is the last company that I will ever work for, no matter how old I get.
Cons
There aren't any cons. However, this is a place for self-starters and people who take initiative. If you aren't comfortable making decisions, devising and communicating solutions, and sometimes working alone, you probably shouldn't apply.
