There is great training for any role that you have in the company and if you work hard you have a really good chance at success. Management is very helpful and supportive. They value hard work and effort and are good people.

It is a lot of outbound/inbound calling and people can often be upset so you have to deal with negativity a lot of the time. It can take a toll mentally. You have to be in the office two days a week.
