I am not seeing anything good.. only good thing is since its a decade old company hence there are good clients in hand and AI being used
Cons
1. No capable leaders 2. Everyone are given the title of vice president with zero competency 3. Those who are close to management irrespective of their competency are given all approval making them almost king to their team 4. This way leadership behaves is making people quit who are really talented 5. No process followed and if at all there are any process they are given as exception and process is diluted. 6. Leadership team travels unnecessarily and claims no budget for hike- awards etc 6. Kind of monopoly ruling if u r close to CEO 7. Most of the leaders from manager plus are treated so bad that with no other choice the team have to quit 8. Leaders like current COO and CPO are just puppet,no sharp minds or thinking.why they travel, what is the objective that they set is very unclear.
