Some intelligent employees. Useful intellectual property when wisely applied. Environment can prepare employees for successful employment elsewhere, especially if they are resilient.
Cons
Poor and seemingly diminishing business acumen at the highest levels of management. Poor budget management. Strategy is a buzzword, but - like culture - not something that is lived and breathed in the day-to-day work among the most influential parts of the organization.
