Pros
Attracts and hires really wonderful, smart people. A great place to work for if you've just graduated from college with a degree in psychology, neuroscience, social work, or any health-related field, and great for social workers who want to work in a less emotionally taxing environment. Constantly growing and fast-paced. Great for those who want to learn and be a team member.
Cons
Poor pay in relation to other companies in Grand Rapids. Tension between the corporate and clinical aspects of the company. Corporate management believes it is in-touch with center processes and does not need the input of its clinical employees, but they often are misguided and demonstrate a poor understanding of the day-to-day work, which leads to a multitude of problems.
