As Neuron7 has grown across geographies, we’ve been focused on improving alignment, clarity, and cross-team collaboration. To support this, we have been facilitating travel by U.S. leaders and employees to visit India office, enabling stronger interpersonal relationships and more effective shared work processes between teams. In parallel, we are organizing regular team lunches, dinners, and monthly fun and connect activities to help build camaraderie among employees, strengthen connections, and create more opportunities for teams to engage beyond day to day work.
Creating a more supportive, transparent, and well connected organization is an ongoing priority for us, and we recognize that progress in these areas takes consistent effort and listening.
