Salary is high, compared to academia

Benefits are lacking, workplace bullying and hostile behaiovr, no one seems to know what they're doing. Unsafe and unsanitary medical practices. They would make me drive 3.5 hours one way and then berate me for being 10 minutes late. Fired me when they did not get the studies they hired me to do
