Some good people are scattered throughout the company. Some customers are fanatical and help make it fun supporting them.

Complete lack of management from the top down. Everyone is out to cover there own hide rather than understanding what's not working and how to fix it. No one listens to what is coming back from the field. It is clear that most requirements are dreamed up in a vacuum and only move past the road map if some customer can be convinced to buy into the vision.
