Pros
Nice people. Most people leave office on time (9 to 6)
Cons
- No real research/development - Only 1 drug is being developed and it is obviously not gonna work. Everyone knows it but still just doing assignments/research for the sake of keeping their job. - Only 1 drug is successfully approved and launched in a few countries. I don't know how they generate revenue. They seem to have loads of money to spend on fake/trivial research which is not gonna drive the development of new successful drug. - The management assign a huge load of research tasks and give tight deadlines (only 1-2 days for an assigned experiment). When deadlines are not met they will pressure you a lot, at least for my team (process development) - Management looks into matters that are trivial and unimportant, creating unnecessary research projects to investigate problems when there actually aren't any. Waste of human power. - Spend resource in wrong direction - Micromanage your work. Go after you for trivial mistakes which slow down the work efficiency. Conclusion: the whole company has a lot of money to burn
