Pros
The building is beautiful and modern. The employees that don't have direct ties to the owner or the family are amazing.
Cons
If you do not have direct ties to the family, you are treated as an outsider. The CEO and President (wife and husband) believe they can run the US facility the same way they operate in Taiwan. They choose to ignore the fact that there are laws in the US that protect employees from many of the tactics that are used at New Deantronics. On two separate occasions the owner violated HIPAA law in front of several employees, revealing that an employee was selfish and not committed to their role because they chose to have a medical procedure performed at a time that was inconvenient to their plans for the company. During the past year, two HR professionals were hired but left their positions within several months, citing concerns about organizational practices and leadership.
The owner's daughter oversees departments outside her expertise and has introduced policies that hinder their success. Then the employees are blamed for their lack of success.
I would not recommend New Deantronics as a place of employment.
