      High pay for experience level in the field Exposure to a lot of different systems and technologies

      Cons

      Next to no training from fellow techs (well, just 1 guy) though training and support was promised at interview Next to no training is a bad thing when you have exposure to a lot of different systems and technologies Fort Wayne office is losing talent and not replacing it which is a huge reason for poor training Fort Wayne office is thin on projects and business could take a turn for the worst soon

      Pros

      Remote work. Work life balance. Reasonable leaders who care. I can't speak to the other areas of New Era, but the Indianapolis / Minneapolis offices are amazing to work for.

      Cons

      Health insurance is meh. It's really not that great. Retirement is okay. A few customers can challenging to work with. There's a wide portfolio, though, so 95% of the customers are pretty good.
