      Pros

      Astonishingly high turnover of employees means there's plenty of opportunities for lateral movement.

      Cons

      The Deputy CEO is very toxic, which seems to affect the rest of the executive team. Seems to be the one calling all the shots, making the rest of the executives seem weak, as they don't seem to mind.
