Communications between interns and full-time employees could be improved. Providing specifications of job roles will be more helpful in guiding interns through their responsibilities.
People there are friendly, and willing to share ideas with each other. Even though they are mostly Chinese, they do not push hard on foreigners to learn Chinese. Considerate managers and colleagues!
