Pros
I am fortunate to have been hired. Management takes an interest in its employees, and works to make sure that we are satisfied with our working environment. They are passionate about what they do, and the people they surround themselves with. The Rawlinsons inspire loyalty. They pay above market rate and I like the hours. I'm not super impressed with the health care, but it's a reasonable rate, and 401k starts after a year.
Cons
I think communication is sometimes lacking between departments and divisions. There is always some catch up. I also think there needs to more continuity with policies and procedures with regard to the customers.
