The pay is very competitive and company culture is very welcoming. It truly does feel like a family. Leadership is dedicated to ensuring healthy work/life balance. Great work schedule and benefits for employees with families.
Cons
No job is perfect. Like everywhere, New System has struggled to fill positions and get back to fully staffed resulting in a heavier workload for others on occasion. Things will be easier and flow smoothly as we get back to a full team in each department.
