Pros
Small company where employees are friends. These guys stick together and that is rare. Can be a fun place to work sometimes.
Cons
Management is a joke. I have worked at several companies and these guys take the award for not having a clue on what happens on the floor. There is no structure in the company which causes confusion on who is responsible for what. It became a company that was family oriented into a corporate dictatorship.
