It’s great to hear you found strong value in the personal development, training, and office culture at New Western. Building transferable skills and gaining hands-on experience are important parts of the opportunity. While it's unfortunate that the compensation and payment timeline didn’t meet your expectations, we do recognize these aspects can be challenging. Your feedback will help us continue to evaluate how we to best support our agents. We appreciate your time and perspective and wish you continued success in your career.

Pros

Try to take care of your needs so you can grind away; Managers provide breakfast, lunch, dinners. Challenges and trips.

Cons

Everything is a competition and no loyalty; Agents compete against each other, cut throat environment that doesn't foster trust
