Pros

I have worked at many levels for New Western, from being an agent to being a part of the Business Development team on the corporate side. The most significant pro is easily the amount of money you can make working for this company. It is enough to change your life truly. However it is not just the money as an agent; you are immediately part of a team. The best teams genuinely feel like it is them vs everybody. I have never been a part of a team where everyone is competing against each other but at the same time are willing to go above and beyond out of their way to help anyone on the team. It's truly a special, unique, one-of-a-kind environment. At the corporate level, everyone's opinion is appreciated and heard. The communication all though structure like most corporate companies, is unique in the sense that anyone up to the President and the CEO are accessible. As long as you are working and producing if you need to take some time off no one bats an eye.

Cons

Im honestly at a loss looking for a con. I'm sure there is something someone may not like, but I'm genuinely happy about working here.

Pros

Try to take care of your needs so you can grind away; Managers provide breakfast, lunch, dinners. Challenges and trips.

Cons

Everything is a competition and no loyalty; Agents compete against each other, cut throat environment that doesn't foster trust
