Get to work on some of the most exciting programme and projects in the tech industry in the UK. NWT also have an excellent culture and the people are incredibly nice.

Pros
Like nowhere I have ever worked before. NWT is very supportive of all employees with a non-hierarchical structure and an environment where no question is a silly question. Expectations to work hard but lots of support when needed and a caring team.
Cons
I don't see any cons, need to maintain the culture as they are growing very quickly but they are conscious of this and are working on it as part of the growth strategy.
