There are some great and supportive colleagues
Cons
- The management will NOT value your contributions - Favoritism is being played BIG time at this place. You will have to sweet talk the incompetent "leaders", "managers", "directors" in order to move on. Unfortunately, capable employees don't do that and they would be squeezed out to the bottom - Promotions are based on, again, favoritism - High turnover rate because they can't keep the real talents. They only offer promotions or raises when the talents resign
