Close knit family, all of us. Enjoyed unusual mutually beneficial relationship with United Steel Workers through all the years. They had a job to do, we had a job to do, and we always found common ground. The new management team has had 10 years to learn the business and the culture, and they have been quick learners.

This is the Gold Standard of places to work. Friendly atmosphere including almost all supervisors, and management is interested in maintaining a happy and productive workplace, union and company work well together, very good pay although many jobs require skill, by far the best benefits in the area, and opportunity to bid for promotions. Supervisors are promoted from workforce. Almost zero turnover indicative of great place to work. Fun to work for and sometimes with celebrity customers. Unlike typical for the trades, the work is not seasonal.

Local area offers no comparable job opportunities so be prepared to make this a Job for Life.
