Overall, the company is a really good company to work for. Management is really understanding and will ALWAYS help if you ask for it. The owner of the company is really nice and will always help you with anything that you need.
Cons
The only con I would have to say is that there is no room for growth within the company. The company is a private owned company and there's only so high you can go when it comes to growth.
