- Although a tough time for the CRE industry, Newmark has adapted to the tough times and has a great focus on how they will come out of these times stronger and better able to serve their clients and tenants. - Exciting new company-wide branding giving Newmark the modern look and feel it deserves
Cons
- Still lagging in certain areas related to people & culture. Benefits are good, but could be better. A tough time for culture, but culture and employee experience and engagement should be a focus heading into 2021
