      Pros

      The people are fantastic, it’s easy to form friendships with your coworkers, everyone is so friendly and helpful. You become part of a family with them.

      Cons

      They lack structure, everything from working lab equipment to documentation organization. Also upper management refused to treat employees well in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis.
