      Really values & encourages innovation and creativities ideas/solutions, even from your first day.

      Cons

      Emotionally unstable supervisor, resulting in contradictory expectations & punctuated by angry outbursts, seemingly from left-field. Wasn’t able to (consistently) maintain a degree of level-headedness bearing with her subordinates under the pressure of the client, which made work kind of emotionally-exhausting at times.
