      Great hands on experience, uncapped growth, seems like management wants you to grow personally not just sell.

      Cons

      Outside sales tests ego. Time mgt is key (pro/con)

      Jobs help with building confidence and communication skills.

      Cons

      Lunch isn't really included. You have to shove food done your throat just so you can be out in the field all day with a lack of nutrients
