It's common for client's projects to suffer severely, as management commits to unrealistic contracts and timelines. - No loyalty towards employees: constantly witnessing lay-offs and people quitting around you, means you feel undervalued and morale is generally low. - Lack of innovation: services provided tend to be cookie cutter and you lack ability to work on creative/cutting edge projects. - Unfair promotion structure: there's no clarity as to people's career progression plans. Promotions are achieved when people threaten to leave, rather than due to merit.
