- HR will have you blindly sign a contract stating you are an independent contractor and you are told that if you don’t sign it you will not be paid which is illegal - They do this in order to dodge legal repercussions and to get through the loophole of not paying you hourly. -Below minimum wage - Jason ward lies to you about getting base pay + commission but it’s purely commission based - It is a direct sales jobs where you are required to travel to the lowest income areas and pitch people free phone service - They make you sell phones that are supposed to be FREE government phones to all customers are being scammed - They make us lie in the pitch and tell them the phone comes with lifetime warranty which is completely false. - No gas money reimbursement - They will make you drive hours a day - Illegal wage labor - Jason ward sells a dream - All of the assistant managers are “rich” with no car themselves. - Deceptive about “missing phones” to have an excuse to steal money from checks. - 6 days, 66 hour work weeks required to be paid around $600 that’s around $5 an hour after tax. - As a corporate trainer they make you Interview, train, mentor, teach, and split wage with new hires, all for free labor. - Everyone will love bomb you during orientation. It’s a sales tactic to bombard you with compliments, positive energy, team building exercises to make you like the job and to sell you the “opportunity” - Jason ward himself and others will sell you an opportunity and a dream daily during morning meetings to make you feel motivated to work on “the field” because eventually you shall become financially free, which is a lie and a brainwashing tactic - Brainwashing and cult tactics -They will teach you the same principles and concepts everyday over and over to make you then have to teach it to others - They force you to be deceitful to new employees in the beginning stages of hiring or recruiting in order to retain people. - This place has gotten shut down many times and has changed names several times too which should already tell you enough about this firm being sketchy and/or unlawful.
