Cons

- HR will have you blindly sign a contract stating you are an independent contractor and you are told that if you don’t sign it you will not be paid which is illegal - They do this in order to dodge legal repercussions and to get through the loophole of not paying you hourly. -Below minimum wage - Jason ward lies to you about getting base pay + commission but it’s purely commission based - It is a direct sales jobs where you are required to travel to the lowest income areas and pitch people free phone service - They make you sell phones that are supposed to be FREE government phones to all customers are being scammed - They make us lie in the pitch and tell them the phone comes with lifetime warranty which is completely false. - No gas money reimbursement - They will make you drive hours a day - Illegal wage labor - Jason ward sells a dream - All of the assistant managers are “rich” with no car themselves. - Deceptive about “missing phones” to have an excuse to steal money from checks. - 6 days, 66 hour work weeks required to be paid around $600 that’s around $5 an hour after tax. - As a corporate trainer they make you Interview, train, mentor, teach, and split wage with new hires, all for free labor. - Everyone will love bomb you during orientation. It’s a sales tactic to bombard you with compliments, positive energy, team building exercises to make you like the job and to sell you the “opportunity” - Jason ward himself and others will sell you an opportunity and a dream daily during morning meetings to make you feel motivated to work on “the field” because eventually you shall become financially free, which is a lie and a brainwashing tactic - Brainwashing and cult tactics -They will teach you the same principles and concepts everyday over and over to make you then have to teach it to others - They force you to be deceitful to new employees in the beginning stages of hiring or recruiting in order to retain people. - This place has gotten shut down many times and has changed names several times too which should already tell you enough about this firm being sketchy and/or unlawful.

Pros

The only pros is how they motivate you so much in the office, but in reality they’re playing in your face scamming you

Cons

The reason why they motivate you is because they want you to make more sales for them because they don’t pay us for training or for making sales . What they do is they keep your money and say that you didn’t get anything done so for almost three weeks straight I worked 12+ hours to make money for all the bosses in there because in reality we go to work to make money for them because we don’t get paid not one dollar. They like to hire minors so that is easy to trick their mind . They also get the minor drunk every Tuesday and Thursday with the money we make from sales and then lie to us and say we did not make any sales when I have so many customers I sold frontier to that got installed . Very bad for business. The business has no money. The only money they have is OUR MONEY WE MAKE every sale that you make they will pocket it.. and have no consideration for your hard work or time !!!! They have you standing in the cold for hours and hours making sales just to keep all the sales
