Pros
For me, NextAce is a community of extraordinary people accomplishing big things. We’re often asked to do a lot for a small team, but we really are a team. When I started, it was described to me as a startup culture inside the stability and benefits of a Fortune 300 company, and I’d agree with that. It’s been a great place to grow my career and salary, while constantly learning and trying new things. There’s also been a lot of transition, with new methodologies and voices at the table changing the day to day experience here significantly. As I’ve read some of the other reviews, I wonder if someone looking at jobs with us now would be discouraged from applying. I hope not. This is a great team, and a really good season in the history of the company. Also lots of free food, and flexibility for people who consistently get their work done.
Cons
Some volatility based on the housing market, resulting in cuts. Would like to see the parent company use reserves rather than make cuts.
