Pros
If you are socially awkward and prefer to avoid eye contact in hallways then NexTag Inc. is the place for you. Pretty much the best perk at NexTag is that they have chips and soda in the breakroom. They have soggy catered lunches if you want free food. There is almost no dress code so you can pretty much wear whatever you want. Also, when you leave, it will make you appreciate your previous and next jobs more. They do pay fairly well. They will give raises at times but usually you will have to push for them. Ask for more money when hired, they act like they won't negotiate but they will.
Cons
Uncomfortable silence. Dirty looks from management for acting like a human being and actually talking. Disappearing coworkers, one day they are working the next you notice they're gone and they've been fired. Management won't even mention it, they don't even bother introducing new employees to everyone because employee retention is so bad. Employees think wearing socks with sandals is an awesome look, combined with sweatpants for that "engineer on the go" look. Management will give you no positive feedback, you will only hear from them when you do something wrong, they think you did something wrong, or they did something wrong but would prefer to blame you for it. They invite and uninvite people to company parties selectively. Management micromanages and there is no loyalty between the company and the employees.
