      Good salary, work with different clients, dinamic.

      Cons

      A direct request to work a lot of over-time hours. Not suitable for parents of small children or people with life, no work-life balance. Management hire and fire people after several months as way of managing.

      working with different people and controllers, gives an oppertunity to learn from a lot of different views. also working on a lot of different projects in many fields.

      Cons

      employer is fair minus, checking working hrs and doesnt give extra pay for hrs beyond the regular.
