      You can gain a wide variety of experience working on different types of medical device products. The management style is very hands off.

      Cons

      Projects can get slow, which can leave individual workers in limbo at times. Management doesn't always communicate project status clearly. There is a hands off management style which can be good and bad.

      OK, pay, decent hours, anyone who’s not management is good to work with

      Cons

      Management is toxic, they favor men, the men talk down on women, they fire you for correcting men, and hurting their egos. What a coincidence that someone reported a man for harassment to HR, and both the complainee and HR got let go.
