1. Senior Developers are required to do job of both Seniors and Junior Developers with the Salary of 1 person 2. Company does not have budget to hire Middle and Senior Developers and Testers 3. There are no standards nor process followed in this company 4. HR is having influence on Top Management Decisions 5. Top Management takes decisions regarding the company according to their own will, whims and Fancies 6. Salary offered is less than the Industry Standards 7.
