Pros
- People get frequent raises as they get better at the job;
- Contracts are very long-term so they will reallocate you to other projects when the one they hired you for ends, and of course still pay you full-time if you just study even when there's no client demand;
- I have not seen them fire people;
- Team is growing and they are constantly improving processes in HR, including increasing pay, better benefits, getting employee feedback, buying employee engagement tools, and more.
Cons
I would like to see more of them online and think there's a lot of room for improvement when it comes to branding & marketing, but that's already planned for next quarter.
