Just a month ago we were again awarded as "Great Place to Work", if there is one thing that stood out from the research that they did, it was that everybody said: "working with great colleagues". And indeed even in these covid-19 times we are thrilled to make a difference for our clients in how we deliver succes for them. I am glad to hear your positive words. Also for getting to know the company and various colleagues, we have come up with our "inspiring talks", so all new colleagues are now introduced to at least seven inspiring talks with colleagues across the company. We have learned that this lowers the barrier a lot for speaking to even more people in a much shorter period of time. As I am always the last person to talk to, I am also learning a lot what we can improve in the successful on-boarding.
