We work hard to maintain high levels of quality and be the best at what we do. We work like friends is not just a marketing slogan but is actually incorporated in the culture of Nextview. We thrive at being inclusive and gender equal by being aware of potential bias. We contribute as much as possible to help reduce environmental issues. There are great options to develop yourself as I am living proof of; started as a consultant, to develop myself to a learning and developer officer to now become the senior manager of staff. We celebrate numerous occasions and regularly include partners and children as they are such an important factor in maintain a happy work-life.

Cons

Be aware that IT consulting is a high demanding job where constant developing of product skills, to be able to keep up, is a necessity next to your day-to-day activities. Time management is a skill you should master as soon as possible.
