Pros

The company is very good at making attractive promises during hiring and creating a positive image to attract candidates.

Cons

PF deductions are made from salary, but contributions do not properly reflect in the EPF portal for long periods. Mediclaim premiums are deducted from salary, but no policy details or coverage information are provided to employees. No project opportunities. Employees are treated more like school students than professionals. Extremely toxic work culture with excessive micromanagement. Management focuses more on office gossip and favoritism than employee growth and project delivery. Employees are often given stress instead of meaningful work and learning opportunities. Salary payments are not always consistent, with delays and irregular payment patterns. Career growth is practically non-existent for employees. No apprisal as well. Employees who want to leave face excessive financial penalties and restrictive policies. Many management rules appear illogical and disconnected from actual business needs. Lack of transparency regarding employee benefits, and career progression. Overall environment creates frustration, stress, and uncertainty rather than professional development.

Pros

Excellent platform for professionals seeking exposure to enterprise sales, SAP consulting, and digital transformation. Leadership promotes ownership, continuous learning, and client-centric thinking.

Cons

As a growing organization, some internal processes are still evolving. Areas such as process standardization, documentation, and organizational structure continue to mature with the company's growth. Teams occasionally need to balance multiple priorities, which can be demanding, but it also provides valuable learning opportunities and broad exposure.
