Pros
Absolutely loving my role. I was recruited for an established position in the Company. I had contracted previously for 10+ years so took a lot for me to decide to accept a perm role and i'm so glad i did. Really enjoyed the recruitment process and getting to know the team I would be part of. The Company put so much effort in to making me feel welcome up and beyond my start date including regular calls during my notice period and a congratulations card on being hired (really nice touch)
I have had a chance now to meet a lot of the employees in the Company who have all been really welcoming and helpful while i find my feet in the role. The Company is doing a lot to support their staff inside and outside of work, its nice not to just be a number.
As an employee i have the ability to make a difference in my team and to the Company and this is one of the reasons i took the role on, so thrilled its true.
The Company are also building a new office down the road which is really exciting, not only because it looks like its going to be a great place to be based, but says a lot to me about where the Company is heading, their image and investment in the future.
I would 100% recommend applying, interviewing and accepting a role here.
