Pros

When I was at NT, they were open to work from home without too much micro management.

Cons

The list is too long... they did everything they could to not pay their sales people what they earned. They lied constantly about their CSAT score. 98%??? Compete lie. They bleed clients like crazy. Terrible support. Support callback SLA's were 1 hour. Reality... 4+ hours to a day or too. NOC repeatedly under performs. Not a real NOC either. Just a person or two there after work hours. If they get an alery, they generally would toss it over the fence to the next crew. Their main objective from the ELT is to serve the PE group, not the clients. I'm shocked they are still in business!

Pros

I’ve been with NexusTek for about a year, and it’s been a very positive experience overall. The company has a collaborative and supportive culture where people genuinely want to help each other succeed. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and open to feedback, which makes a big difference in feeling valued and heard. NexusTek does a great job investing in its people—there are solid opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. The teams work well together, and there’s a strong sense of partnership across departments. I’ve appreciated the trust given to employees and the flexibility to manage work effectively while still delivering results. The company is also forward-thinking and continues to evolve, which makes the work interesting and impactful. It’s a great environment for professionals who want to build relationships, expand their skill set, and be part of a growing organization.

Cons

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and priorities can shift, which may require flexibility and adaptability. However, leadership is open about changes and works to communicate clearly.
