Pros
Nexxlinx, compared to many companies I have worked for, goes above and beyond to help their employees achieve personal goals. This includes both lateral and upwards advancement. As the company services multiple contracts, it means that employees can be (and usually are) matched in positions best suited to capability. Nexxlinx attempts to retain good employees by finding other positions for those whose current contracts end. Most of the supervisors have come up through the ranks of the company and thus they understand the problems of their charges. This leads to better training and communication.
Cons
One drawback of working at Nexxlinx is problematic of companies that provide customer service via the telephone in general. Scheduling requires at least a ten hour window of availability, and work schedules are adjusted regularly to deal with the company's needs. This means a reliable schedule that starts always at the same time and ends at the same time is a bit more difficult to achieve.
