It also offers limited 24/7 outpatient healthcare assistance, which may be a drawback for some employees since we work on a shifting schedule and we can't always go to the clinics during day time office hours. Another challenge is the difficulty in finding quiet spaces for client sessions. Many of these sessions are recorded, and some customers have mentioned being distracted by background voices and noise cancelling mics can only do so much to filter it. It would be ideal to have soundproof, telephone booth-sized silos for such calls to ensure a more private and focused environment.
