      Pros

      Company supports working remotely. Internal processes are well established (sometimes overwhelming) and fully enforced. Lots of smart employees who are supportive and willing to help others learn the ropes.

      Cons

      Management is ruthless. Military like discipline. Mantra from some executives "Killed or be killed" and "You have a license to kill". And the HR team does nothing to prevent this type of treatment. Executives seems disconnected from the real world. Not focused on the well being of their employees at all, just wants revenue and doesn't care how you get it. If you don't get it then your fired. Stay away from this company - the culture is HORRIBLE!

      Pros

      NiCE is not only in great financial shape, but also its culture of innovation and inclusion is fantastic. NiCE keeps growing and investing in their employees. There are plenty of opportunities for growth. It is refreshing to see a company that is able to recognize their employees, not only financially with a good salary and benefits, but also in training and recognition. It is also very exciting to see that NiCE is at the core of all the AI innovations, so if you like cutting edge technologies, this is the right place to be! There is always something to learn!

      As the company grows organically and through acquisitions, there are potential challenges of miscommunication or unnecessary processes that are expected for any company at this stage

      High demand on sales performance with low company/management support from engineering, overlays, implementation and customer support
