      Pros

      Overall basis, the company places much value on the employees and is focused on a positive and rewarding work environment.

      Cons

      Lots going on, initial startup period was a bit rough, had to fend for myself to get going. That's fine, but doing things that way can translate to a more-lengthy period to become useful & productive.

      Pros

      NiCE is not only in great financial shape, but also its culture of innovation and inclusion is fantastic. NiCE keeps growing and investing in their employees. There are plenty of opportunities for growth. It is refreshing to see a company that is able to recognize their employees, not only financially with a good salary and benefits, but also in training and recognition. It is also very exciting to see that NiCE is at the core of all the AI innovations, so if you like cutting edge technologies, this is the right place to be! There is always something to learn!

      As the company grows organically and through acquisitions, there are potential challenges of miscommunication or unnecessary processes that are expected for any company at this stage
