Pros
(1) Good Training programs in-house. (2) For shift employees - Free cab facility. (3) You can develop your technical skills on one product over the time in NICE .
Cons
(1) They make you product specific engineer,which is good for initial days .In long run ,they should teach at least 2 products to one engineer. (2)There main source of manpower is AVAYA ,means they hire 70-80% Ex- Avaya employees. (3)They don't have retention policy for good hard working employees . (4)Also they don't have policy to rejoin NICE if you left once ,this really sounds disgusting .
