Pros
The people are excellent, super smart and very driven. Incredibly hard workers who are all business on the outside, but kind and considerate on the inside. The corporate brand is very strong and no doubt a leader in the industry. There is an energetic dynamic across the organization and it's clear they're continuing to grow strongly. A stable environment with few layoffs and reasonably fair employee treatment
Cons
Rather than allowing the region more leeway in decision making, the HQ is adding more and more layers of approvals necessary to get things done. It slows things down tremendously and dis-empowers local leadership. It's a highly matrixed organization and often it is unclear how to navigate the bureaucracy to get what you need to get done, done.
