The company is financially stable, but they don't pass it on to employees. There are no defined paths for advancement or promotion. They don't offer ESPP. The pandemic really propped up the business from the CXone side and we receive an internal email boasting about double-digit record growth and revenue every quarter. However, don't expect a merit increase, even if you rate as successful. They gave zero merit increases in 2023. Those who get merit increases get less than 3%, which doesn't even meet inflation. Bonuses were also smaller this year. Other perks that once existed under Paul Jarman (former CEO of CXone) are long gone. It seems Barak (NICE CEO) is doing everything possible to wipe away anything Paul Jarman created.
Management is horrible all the way up to the top. There is a terrible lack of communication because even they don't seem to know what's going on. Front-line employees will take the hit because it always seems to be their fault if something goes wrong with a customer, but the front-line employee had nothing to do with the decisions being made above their level. The only focus in Professional Services is getting that deal to go through, not so much customer retention.
The company is so busy buying up other companies for their technology in a race to always be #1 that they are failing to ensure everything will work together before making promises to customers. NICE has become so full of 'over promise and under deliver' that several customers are escalating their problems to management. NICE is starting to lose customers and they'll blame the front-line workers for the short-sightedness of management.
