      Good technologies to work on.

      Cons

      I worked at NICE for 2.6+ years. While the company offers good technologies to work on, the experience is marred by poor management and internal politics. Despite working honestly and diligently, the expectations placed on developers are often unrealistic and excessive. The potential of the technologies is undermined by management issues and office politics, which significantly hampers overall productivity and job satisfaction. No work-personal life balance.
