      Competitive Salary, with decent office pantry

      Cons

      -NICE-Flex in the Philippines is misleading, only implemented to micro-manage even Manager-level employees. Need for report to office has no logical purpose as all duties can be accomplished remotely -Metrics imposed are not aligned with JD -Favoritism is blatantly apparent -Philippines Upper Management for Customer Success not qualified
