Lots of people who genuinely care about making an impact. Work feels important without being cutthroat. Larger efforts in recent times to encourage individual development and training.
Cons
Upper management can be distant and uninvolved in their own departments. Teams even within the same organization can feel siloed. Too much hand-waving for service providers; we do not holding them accountable to give us the services that we pay exorbitant amounts for.
